i think i have becomed weaker.
physically and emotionally.
as i am typing this, there is a war going on in my stomach.
and frankly, i always lose out.
haven't gotten any better from my illness.
it has been stuck with me from 2 weeks ago.
friday at exam was the worst day for me.
went home totally weak and pale.
and, i just had to screw up my day even more.
joyce just has to be so brilliant in the many wrong ways.

i know this is hard to believe.
but i just want to be what i was in the beginning.
able to remain clear-headed.
able to concentrate.
able to be just me.

people always say.
treat those around you well.
don't regret what you do a few days later.
but now, i can tell for sure what is regret.
the feeling of regret is something that makes you turn your guts inside out.
it makes you think for what reason are you living for tomorrow?
when all you have is lost.
when all you feel is loneliness.
gradually, you will lose all feelings of sanity.
you go insane quietly, wandering in the compounds of your mind.
and in the night, i will listen to my ipod and quietly cry my heart out.
for that is the only time, i can bare myself out, to no one but myself.

i guess this is the only one true post i have ever made since the beginning of this year.
and after this post, i will continue my miserable life.

hopefully, it will be better.

people say that there will never be anyone who understands you but you.
but since april, i have found someone else who did understand me better than i did.

although audrey and many seniors weren't there, the warm-up was very shiong.
2 rounds around school.
okayok, i know.
it's only like 2 rounds.
but this 2 rounds included steep slopes, and plenty of slowing down for me.

i'm depressed.
i can't run.
i'm like the SLOWEST in netball.
and i don't know what is wrong with me.
how can i play sports when i can't even run?
how can i even DREAM about joining dragonboat when i can't even last 2 rounds around the school?
i feel like i am such a disgrace.

this month in netball will determine if i want to stay in it, or go to dragonboat.

was just plain sick this week.
and with mummy and daddy gone to new york, i just had to take care of myself.
but in the end, my older sister and her in laws took care of me!
i had so much time to watch tv, eat good food, sleep so much, and catch SPIDERMAN 3!

spiderman 3 is just so good.
can't wait to watch 'blade of glory' and '28 weeks'.

then my auntie and uncle invited me over for a mother's day celebration(:

but coach told us that netball trainings are about commitment and passion for the sport.

those 3 hours never seemed to end.
ate flu medicine, which made me very VERY drowsy.

yesterday - netball trial 1 (PASSED!)
today - dragonboat training (ran nonstop for 30mins, after not having any exercise for like 6 months?)
tomorrow - netball trial 2

made many friends at the trial and db training.
actually, i think db is quite fun too.
but nathan and joel 49% confirmed joining.
hmmm.
i guess i'll just see about it tmr.

joel is such a loser today.

he almost irritated the english teacher.
chew chewing gum also can make it into a snake-shaped tongue and flick it in and out.

phuket = FANTASTIC!
1) snorkled, and saw MANY fishes!
2) got burnt by the sun, MORE TANNED!
3) went for a spa, FIRST SPA!
4) drove around, saw many things

first day at phuket:
didn't do much.
reached there in the night, so we just went for dinner.
the food was okay.
i will always remember the tomyam soup though.

so SPICY!
it wasn't even half a spoonful of soup i took to try, and my mouth was already on fire.

the flight to phuket was NONSENSE!
some angmohs drank too much.
in the WHOLE one hour and a half flight, they were laughing away.

second day:
burnt burnt burnt!
hot hot hot!

went to the beach to walk walk.
YESSS!
our resort was just beside the beach(:
fantastic right?
wake up to the sounds of the waves.

the sun was so hot, that the sand was BAKED.
really baked.
cos some parts of the beach had sand that were in cakes.
so i went snorkling!

i'm actually making a post in the budget airport(:
pretty darn amazing i must say!
they have lcd tvs, computers and so many nice shops here.
so much more better than the terminal 1 and 2(:
left with 10 mins before boarding to puket.

kept laughing cos maria and joel were super corny.

went to stone while the rest was looking at laptops.

we were suppose to print/photocopy 100+ pages for statistics.

had netball and prefects' investiture.
although it wasn't perfect, at least it wasn't that bad either(:

worried about how my new friends and classmates would think of me.
i know i should just be myself.

yet i don't want that episode to appear again in my life.

today was my first day for poly orientation.
woke up at 5.30am, cos i THOUGHT i had to be there by 8am.
turns out, it started at 9 plus.

travelling to nanyang poly takes me one whole hour.
